The managing members of Avasar Partners have collective investment experience of over 30 years having managed up to $400 million of gross capital. This experience includes investing through several business and investment cycles and across the capital structure (long/short equity and debt). Both have worked together the past two decades within the investment management and banking sector. Both are CFA charter holders and adhere to its practices.

The investment objective is to generate long term returns while preserving initial capital.
